You still have the option to participate in Summer Institute through our Online Only classes that will be held the first two days of Summer Institute, July 24 & 25. The bus from southern Idaho is also sold out. If you would like to be added to the waiting list for the bus or in-person attendance, contact Katye Harris - kharris@idahoea.org.

The theme for this year’s IEA Summer Institute is "Adventure Awaits!" You can expect excitement and opportunities for growth and exploration as you learn, network with colleagues and reconnect with friends. This event will take place in-person at Lewis - Clark State College in Lewiston from July 24th to 27th, 2024. For those unable to attend physically, there will be online strands available on July 24th and 25th.

Hello! I am Cassie Horner! 2024-2025 will be my 13th year teaching. I taught 6 years of elementary music in West Ada and 6 choir at Les Bois Junior High in the Boise School District. I am also: secretary for Idaho American Choral Directors Association, 9th grade tennis coach at my school, Boise Education Association building representative, a member of the Idaho Education Association Leaders for Just Schools cohort, and prescient captain for my district (19-01). I love everything that I do and am so excited to share the things with you too!
