Adventures in Digitally Organizing Your Local - 90 Min
Wednesday July 24, 2024 8:30am - 10:00am PDT
Keeping track of materials and communication from year to year is a struggle for many local associations. Do you find it is difficult to keep everyone informed and on the same page with your leadership team? Do you want ideas on how to streamline your local's data?

This session is for members who are on the local leadership team or for individuals new to the team who want to improve communication and organization. We will utilize digital tools to more effectively keep everyone in the loop.
As a 10-year veteran, on my local's leadership team - 8 years as secretary - I will share with you the things I have implemented that have set us up for successful communication and management of the local association.

Participants will learn efficient ways to share communication with their local membership. They will learn digital skills to make their communication efficient using Google applications already available. They will create templates and distribution lists so they have already constructed tools to utilize upon returning to their districts.

Please bring an electronic device with you capable of internet connection.

Targeted for Association Leaders.
