The theme for this year’s IEA Summer Institute is "Adventure Awaits!" You can expect excitement and opportunities for growth and exploration as you learn, network with colleagues and reconnect with friends. This event will take place in-person at Lewis - Clark State College in Lewiston from July 24th to 27th, 2024. For those unable to attend physically, there will be online strands available on July 24th and 25th.

No matter what your role in education is, if you find yourself just showing up, putting in minimum effort, and going through the motions without passion or purpose, this course is for you"! In this session, you will learn how to identify "Quiet Quitting" and cultivate the working conditions for inspired engagement - despite challenging circumstances.

Come and learn the techniques required to refuel your fire, unlock your love for education again, and rekindle your daily motivation for the work.
