The theme for this year’s IEA Summer Institute is "Adventure Awaits!" You can expect excitement and opportunities for growth and exploration as you learn, network with colleagues and reconnect with friends. This event will take place in-person at Lewis - Clark State College in Lewiston from July 24th to 27th, 2024. For those unable to attend physically, there will be online strands available on July 24th and 25th.

This course focuses on strategies to help resolve conflict without damaging relationships, and with the goal of reaching agreements which everyone involved can embrace. Teachers will take these tools to enhance and grow relationships in their classroom.

Participants will leave this course with a toolkit of strategies for conflict resolutions and understand the value of implementing shared agreements in their classroom.

Targeted to K-12.
